Alisa Livesay
Alisa Livesay, Finance & Accounting

Alisa Livesay is a Principal with Mosaic Strategic Partners and has over 16 years experience in public accounting and financial planning, working with small business owners, families, and corporate executives. She started her career at Price Waterhouse LLP and Deloitte & Touche LLP. There, she acquired extensive tax and financial planning experience, working with high net worth individuals and executives at eminent corporations in a variety of industries.

Alisa then broadened her background with a corporate experience in investor relations, where she expanded her knowledge with Wall Street interactions and investment management firms. As a Director of Executive Compensation and Benefits, Alisa was responsible for non-qualified benefit plan design and implementation, and all equity compensation matters. She is a QuickBooks Pro Advisor and a speaker on tax, financial planning, and estate planning issues.  She maintains Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Planner® designations, holds a Master of Finance degree, and teaches in the School of Business Administration at the University of Dayton.

Tim Brown
Tim Brown, Finance & Accounting

Tim Brown Retired in 2018 after a distinguished 37 year career in Financial Management supporting United States Department of Defense Acquisition Program at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. Tim has served as a member of the Board of Directors for Day Air Credit Union in Kettering, Ohio since 1991 and is currently serving as Day Air Chairman of the Board. He earned his B.S. in Accounting and MBA from the University of Dayton.

In addition to volunteering with Lydia’s Mission, Tim is an active member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church participating in Ministries including Adult Choir, Knights of Columbus, Faith Formation and Outreach to Homebound. Tim is also a member of the Pastoral Care Team at Kettering Medical Center.

Rita Brown
Rita Brown, Operations Manager

Rita has had an outstanding 33 Year Career in raising 3 wonderful children who are now adults and is Gogo (Grandmother in siSwati) to 2 beautiful granddaughters. Rita is retired after 16 years full time service at SouthBrook Christian Church in Administrative and Community Care positions. Rita earned her B.A. from the University of Dayton.

Rita leads Lydia’s Mission US operations, including Accounting, Product Sales and Mission Trip Planning. Rita also volunteers at Dorothy Lane Market Culinary School and Ronald McDonald House Doors of Compassion in Dayton.
