Pastor Mitch provides leadership for Lydia’s Mission and has a rich history in serving nonprofits. A background in Christian radio, management and leadership, launching and overseeing ministries in South Africa and eSwatini, pastoring an Evangelical church in South Dakota and most recently serving in a senior leadership role with an international holistic child development organization.
Mitch has sat on the board of directors for Lydia’s Mission since the ministry’s inception and has been blessed to serve the people Lydia’s Mission reaches.
Alisa is the founder and principal of Mosaic Strategic Partners LLC, a public accounting firm focused on tax and advisory services. She offers strategic advisory, fractional CFO services, and tax planning to closely held businesses, nonprofits, and individuals.
Previously, Alisa worked at Price Waterhouse LLP, Deloitte & Touche LLP, and NCR Corporation in finance and executive compensation roles. She also taught accounting, finance, and economics at the University of Dayton and led in its Emerging Leaders program.
Alisa holds a Master of Finance, is licensed in Ohio for Life & Health insurance, and runs ALC Investment Advisory Services, LLC, a registered investment advisory firm.
Rita has had an outstanding 35 Year Career in raising three wonderful children who are now adults and is Gogo (Grandmother in siSwati) to five beautiful granddaughters. Rita is retired after 16 years full time service at SouthBrook Christian Church in Administrative and Community Care positions. Rita earned her B.A. from the University of Dayton.
Rita leads Lydia’s Mission US Operations. Rita also volunteers as a board member as Financial Secretary and Treasurer of the Clear Lake Association.
Andrea is a gifted story teller with a rich history of acting and videography. A passionate mom, wife, and follower of Jesus. She loves well and encourages all around her. Along with their dogs, their family is dynamic and engaging and always leaning in showing value to whomever they encounter. Living in South Dakota and connecting YOU to the ministry through story and images.
Andrea also runs a story telling ministry started in the honor of her late mother called Project LaMB (Mary Beckwith) that delivers Lydia’s Mission plush lambs to cancer patients to remind them that they are never alone, Jesus is there, and encourages them to tell their story.
