Mitch Hildebrant
Mitch Hildebrant, SA Board Director / USA Board Member (ex-officio) / USA Executive Director

Pastor Mitch provides leadership for Lydia’s Mission and has a rich history in serving nonprofits. A background in Christian radio, management and leadership, launching and overseeing ministries in South Africa and eSwatini, pastoring a vibrant church in South Dakota and most recently serving in a senior leadership role with an international holistic child development organization.

Mitch and his wife Charlotte have sat on the board of directors for Lydia’s Mission since the ministry’s inception and have been a blessing beyond measure for the ministry and for Claire. When Claire moved to South Africa, they connected and developed a deep friendship and ministry partnership that has strengthened since 2014.

Alisa Livesay
Alisa Livesay, Finance & Accounting

Alisa Livesay is a Principal with Mosaic Strategic Partners and has over 16 years experience in public accounting and financial planning, working with small business owners, families, and corporate executives. She started her career at Price Waterhouse LLP and Deloitte & Touche LLP. There, she acquired extensive tax and financial planning experience, working with high net worth individuals and executives at eminent corporations in a variety of industries.

Alisa then broadened her background with a corporate experience in investor relations, where she expanded her knowledge with Wall Street interactions and investment management firms. As a Director of Executive Compensation and Benefits, Alisa was responsible for non-qualified benefit plan design and implementation, and all equity compensation matters. She is a QuickBooks Pro Advisor and a speaker on tax, financial planning, and estate planning issues.  She maintains Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Planner® designations, holds a Master of Finance degree, and teaches in the School of Business Administration at the University of Dayton.

Rita Brown
Rita Brown, Operations Manager

Rita has had an outstanding 35 Year Career in raising three wonderful children who are now adults and is Gogo (Grandmother in siSwati) to five beautiful granddaughters. Rita is retired after 16 years full time service at SouthBrook Christian Church in Administrative and Community Care positions. Rita earned her B.A. from the University of Dayton.

Rita leads Lydia’s Mission US Operations. Rita also volunteers as a board member as Financial Secretary and Treasurer of the Clear Lake Association.

Caroline Lunne
Caroline Lunne, Marketing & Communications

Caroline is from Dayton, Ohio and now lives in Charleston, SC. Graduating from Miami University in 2020, she now serves non-profits, entrepreneurs and creatives with marketing strategy and communication services. She is excited to help spread the word of the wonderful work God is doing through Lydia’s Mission.
